Kazakhstan holds large-scale exercise on Caspian Sea
The Kazakh Defense Ministry said navy, coastal guards, emergency ministry and internal troops joined the exercises. Russia’s Caspian Sea Navy also attended the trainings. The Kazakh and Russian forces showed elements of combating terrorism and coastal guards, as well as evaluated the training of Kazakhstan’s marines. Totally 1,500 personnel, battle and special techniques were involved in the exercises.
