LUKOIL announces date for oil production on Caspian Sea
"I want to announce that we have fulfilled your order. What you saw at the pier on the stand now stands on the sea. I want to show you how everything is done,” said the head of LUKOIL, introducing documents to the prime minister. “Almost 300 people will live in residential block. Everything is already installed. We will start drilling the first well in November,” he said. "I want to invite you to the first oil in March next year. This will be the first Caspian oil in Russia,” Alekberov added.
