Today Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davudoglu will visit Georgia. During a two-day visit, the Turkish Foreign Minister will meet Prime Minister Nika Gilauri, Speaker of Parliament David Bakradze and his Georgian counterpart Grigol Vashadze in Tbilisi. The Turkish minister will make a speech at a meeting of the diplomatic corps in the "Courtyard Marriott" hotel. On Sept. 8, Turkish Foreign Minister will meet Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili. One of the main topics of the visit will be the release of the Turkish captain of the "Buket" ship, whom a Georgian court sentenced to a 24-year imprisonment for illegal repeated sailing in the waters of Abkhazia.
