"My report under the topic "Environmental impacts of noise and light pollution", approved at the meeting of the Committee on environment, agriculture and regional issues, will be discussed at the autumn session of the Assembly," a member of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Rafael Huseynov said.
Huseynov said the report which was discussed in the Paris office of the Council of Europe deals not only with problems of Azerbaijan, but also problems of all European states.
"Europe seriously approaches to addressing this issue and considers it not only as a problem of environmental pollution, but also violation of human rights," he said.
Huseynov said known French experts attended discussions on the report. "The next discussion on my report will be held in spring of 2010 in Azerbaijan. This meeting of the Committee will be attended by both European and Azerbaijani MPs," Huseynov said.
