Caspilog-3 conference took place on 3-4rd of October of 2008 in Almata city of Kazakhistan. There were representatives from Azerbajan,too. It si noteble that Caspilog-2 conference took place in Baku on 7-9th of May of 2007. The purpose of the conference is draw the attention of Caspian shore and other states to the problems of Caspian Sea. Doctor of law R.Ph.Mammadov represented “Caspian Partnership for the Future” Public Union in the conference.
