Priorities of the negotiations will be Russia-EU cooperation on the settlement of “frozen” conflicts. The sides will consider solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict within the framework of OSCE MG. France, which presently chairs EU, is one of the OSCE MG co-chair countries. Benita Ferrero-Waldner, Commissioner responsible for External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy will lead EU delegation, and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will chair Russian delegation during the negotiations.
