HEADS OF STATES TO SIGN THREE DOCUMENTS IN KYIV SUMMIT TO BE ATTENDED BY AZERBAIJANI PRESIDENT

Kyiv Summit on Energy Security will be held on May 22-23. Presidents of Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Lithuania and Poland will participate in the Summit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will visit Kyiv on May 21, APA reports.
Bogdan Sokolovsky, Energy Policy Adviser to the President of Ukraine said that government representatives and businessmen from 30 countries would participate in Summit. Three reports will be sounded in Summit.
“Initial results of feasibility study of Odessa-Brody-Plotsk Project, its West and East branches, results of marketing research of market of oil products, Ukraine’s proposals on formation of open energy one in Baltic–Black Sea–Caspian region. Several cooperation agreements on transportation of oil are going to be signed in the fist day of the Summit. Plenary meeting of the Summit, signing of agreements, joint press conference of the Presidents will be held on May 23.
Documents on Kyiv declaration on principles of global energy security, conception of establishment of Baltic–Black Sea-Caspian energy transit union and realization of Eurasia oil transportation corridor on Odessa-Brodi oil pipeline are being prepared for signing.
The Kyiv Summit is a continuation of Forums in Krakow and Vilnius last year.
