An international event organized by the Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (ACSDA) dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Azerbaijan`s independence started today in Baku.
The ceremonial event is attended by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

In the morning session, the Head of State addressed the participants.
