“Caspian – Partnership for the Future” Public Union has launched new project called Caspian Human Rights School starting from February 25, 2006. This project has been implemented with financial support of OSCE Baku office. The Project covers four regions of Azerbaijan Republic: Ganja, Shamkir, Barda and Shamakhi. Baku report conference is the final stage of the Project. The main aim behind holding this report conference is to discuss the problems occurred during the implementation of the Project, to stress the reached achievements and to work out recommendations on conducting those kinds of Projects and their future expanding. The conference will be held at International Press Center on May 24, 2006 at 10:00-12:00. The participation of following guests is expected: Ministry of Education, OSCE, UNDP, Council of Europe Information Office in Azerbaijan, Eurasian Foundation, SOROS Foundation, guests from Baku State University, Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan and local NGO representatives, scientists in social studies, teachers of schools where the Project was implemented and leading Mass Media representatives.
