NUCLEAR PROGRAM This month, the vice-chairman of the state secretary of the USA on political problems William Burns departed to Geneva for participation in discussions which took part on July, 19th between the secretary general of the Supreme Council of Iran on National Safety Said Jalil and the Supreme Commissioner of the European Union on Foreign policy and Safety Haver Solana. The USA estimated this step as a revolution in enrichment of uranium in Islamic republic and the State secretary of USA Condaliza Rice declared that participation of the high-ranking American diplomat in negotiations with Iran testifies to unity of the world community in a question on the nuclear program of Teheran. The president of Iran of M.Ahmadinejad also considered negotiations of the six in Geneva as a step forward. The "Six" achieves from Iran stopping of works on enrichment of uranium that can put the regime of nuclear non-proliferation under threat. Speaking about the package of proposals between Iran and the countries of "six", the chairman of the organization of Iran on atomic engineering Agazade declared that “We received an informal letter (non paper) from the West and at session in Geneva on July, 19th we will also present an informal letter. Indeed, time for studying this letter is necessary.
He added that studying should be in order and as a result, it is necessary to discuss together the offers which had been put forward in both letters.
