A delegation led by the Minister of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Abbasov left for Minsk, capital of Belarus on Nov. 24.
During the Munich meeting, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan conducted deeper and detailed discussions around the unsolved issues, Spokesman of Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry Elkhan Polukhov said.
