ELMAR MAMMADYAROV TO HOLD NEGOTIATIONS WITH TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTER, PRIME MINISTER AND PRESIDENTAzerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov begins his working visit to Turkey on Friday. Turkish Foreign Ministry told APA local bureau that Mammadyarov aimed to discuss during the visit bilateral relations, latest developments in the South Caucasus, joint projects carried out by Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as other issues.
Mammadyarov will meet with his Turkish counterpart Mehmet Ali Babacan, Prime Minister Receb Tayyip Erdogan and President Abdullah Gul on Friday.
